Shipping is FAST on all orders to customers within Australia.
We don't want to mess around with fine print and any inconveniences, we like things to be simple and easy.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship in accordance with the General Delivery Timeframes listed below from the date of your order.
We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
If you do not receive shipping confirmation from us within three business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at sales@newagecamping.com.au.
General Delivery Timeframes:
Delivery timeframes will vary dependent on your location and the items you've ordered.
In order to get your purchase to you as promptly and safely as possible we utilise a number of trusted and reputable courier services such as Australia Post, Star Track Express, Big Post and TNT Express.
Deliveries are sent during normal business hours, Monday to Friday and can take between 2 to 8 business days to receive, pending on your location, time of year and courier. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We send all items via registered courier with tracking.
In some cases where the address is based in the more remote areas of Australia this may take longer. Please note delivery time frames are approximate and are subject to variables outside of our control.
The above is intended to be used as a guide, and may not apply in all cases. Some products may have specific 'Delivery Timeframe' information, which can be found on its own tab, or on the main 'Description' tab of the product.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping is FREE on all orders to customers within Australia for San Hima and Ecoflow products.
Metro
Large/bulky items (roof top tents / swags etc) will incur a flat shipping fee of $85.
All other deliveries will incur a flat shipping fee of $15.
Rural
If your delivery address is in a regional or remote location, we recommend shipping to the nearest depot as the most affordable option.
Rural parts within the Northern Territory, Western Australia and North Queensland have seen shipping prices double, triple and even quadruple within the last few years.
For this reason, there may be times where the shipping price listed during checkout is not accurate and additional fees will be charged. It is the customers responsibility to pay these additional shipping fees or we may be forced to cancel your order.
Again, these additional shipping charges only apply to remote and rural areas. if you have any concerns about the shipping price to your address, please contact us before ordering.
Home Delivery (Bulky Items):
This service is generally for products over 40kg in weight, as it is a requirement for these products to be palletised for delivery.
This service utilises power tailgates with two-man crews or crane trucks when required and this is included in the quoted price.
The receiver will be contacted prior to delivery to arrange a suitable delivery date and time. Deliveries are scheduled for either an AM or PM slot on any given day.
Delivery is to front car port, driveway, doorstep or wherever practical depending upon site access. Drivers are not permitted to move item(s) within the residence or around the property due to OHS reasons.
This service assumes reasonable and safe access to the site is available. Overhanging trees, steep driveways, unsealed driveways, narrow driveways or streets or an unforeseen obstruction may deem the delivery unavailable.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery.
If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging.
If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to sales@newagecamping.com.au, then visit our Returns page and lodge your return claim online.
